Ruby is one!

Ruby has her very own baby group now, with her very own friends.  We meet every Wednesday morning while Ramona is at school, and its really nice to have that time with just Ruby.  I tried to take pictures of them last week, but I forgot how hard it is to take a picture of a bunch of babies at the same time!  Here are my best shots.

bath time

Bath time is finally fun in this house!  Ramona likes taking baths with her sister, and there is a lot of splashing and laughing.  Ruby is like a little fish, and can't get enough of the water.  She crawls around in the bath, lays on her belly, splashes, and occasionally falls over into the water. 

On another note, aren't her eyelashes huge?

Mt. Rainier

Everybody had a blast at Mt. Rainier for our annual camping trip, unfortunately we ran into some bad weather again.  Last year it rained the whole time, while this year we were pretty fracking cold.  We kept busy though, so most of the time we were able to stay warm.  A group of us climbed up to Paradise with our kids on our backs......so that warmed us right up!  Looking forward to doing the trip again next year, hopefully with better weather......
