We went to Carkeek Park last weekend, and Ramona loved "walking on the path". She picked up a lot of leaves and sticks, and mama got to hold all of them! It was a fun little adventure, and we plan on going there more often as a family.

The girl is two!

We had a great time hosting Ramona's second birthday. We had lots of friends over, and there were kids running around everywhere. It was a beautiful day, and Ramona had lots of fun.....she always had a smile, or some kind of goofy face on. We'll remember this day forever!

Belly and buff babes

Even though I signed up for the Danskin earlier in the year, I decided not to compete. I don't think I'd be very impressed with my time. Luckily, a lot of my friends and family were competing, so I got to go and cheer them on. Poor Kim dislocated her shoulder in the first leg, but she stayed in pretty high spirits despite the disappointment. My mom and Dana got their best times, and as you can see they looked pretty serious while competing.

Farm Adventure

Here are some pictures from our trip to a farm the other day. We got to do some art projects, see some animals, pick our own squash, and go on a hayride. My friend took the pictures, so most of them are of her little girl, but you get the idea!

Mt. Rainier

We went camping at Cougar Rock in Mt. Rainier last weekend. It was officially for my 30th birthday, and we invited a bunch of friends to camp with us. It was really fun, though it rained quite a bit, and some of those kids had a rough time sleeping through the night in their tents. We're planning on making it a tradition, so hopefully the weather will be better next year.
