Swansons reindeer visit

We went to Swansons to see the reindeer this last weekeend with Sophia and Ellie.  It was a lot of fun, it was a good break from the family Thanksgiving/snow week.  We also saw Santa, ate some cookies, saw a big train set, had steamers (and coffees for the adults), and of course.....saw the reindeers and camel.  We talked a lot about Santa, because we are trying to warm Ramona up to the idea of getting her picture taken with him.  She said the only thing that she liked about Santa was that he gave out candy canes.  I reminded her that he also gave presents to all the good little boys and girls, and she said that was the ONLY other thing she liked about him.  We'll see......

High school reunion

My friend Alexis and her two kids were visiting Seattle from Denver, so we got together with Dana and Lincoln and had a little reunion.  Its amazing how many kids we have between the three of us!  It was great to see Alexis, and Justin said that he had a headache from the noise after the visit.  I thought it might be from the kids, but he said the three of us were talking too loud because we were excited to see each other, and that's what gave him the headache.  Ha!

Halloween!

Sorry it took me so long to post these! We had a great Halloween with friends.  We've been doing a Halloween party for the last few years, and this year was the most fun, because we have older kids.  We went trick or treating, and the kids thought it was pretty cool.  Ramona, of course, trailed behind everyone, while very carefully walking up the stairs to get candy.  She usually just stared at the people, until they told her that she could take some candy.  I think the neighbors loved having a big group of little ones come by.  Ruby loved her octopus costume.....thanks Lacey!
