Christmas Eve
I know, I'm going backwards. But, these Christmas eve pictures from my mom are pretty cute. Those pictures of the whole family outside is after we arrived at my parents' house after walking from Greenwood. We are real troopers! Of course, Ramona slept the whole way.....we were all very jealous of her. We had a great holidays, but we are definitely looking forward to getting back to our regular routines (especially the gym visits!).

Snowy days
We have been having a blast staying inside and being cozy in our new house. However, today we ventured out and took a walk to the store. We went to Neptune Coffee and ran into our neighbors who we sat with and talked to. Then, we went to Top Ten Toys to buy some stickers for Ramona, because she is on a sticker kick. Then we went to Fred Meyer where we bought her some non-Mary Jane shoes. We wanted boots, but they were all out, so we settled for some tough looking boy shoes that were about ten dollars. She loves them. Then we went shopping at Greenwood Market, where Ramona pushed the little cart and was in general, a menace.
We met some other neighbors today too, as they are all out shoveling snow.....it has been really nice to meet them. Most are families, or couples our age. We've also seen a lot of Courtney, Charlie, Shannon, Robb, Kim and Ben who have been walking over to our house (except for Ben, who is from the midwest and insists on driving places.....he is biking to the Seahawks game right now.....crazy).
Hope everybody is having their own fun in the snow......

snow static
We are having fun in the snow over here in Seattle. Its supposed to snow tomorrow again, so this should be a "stay at home" kind of week. Also, we'll be staying at home anyways because Ramona has some eye infection that she is on antibiotics for. I'm not including any pictures of her today, because the infection has taken a toll on her cuteness factor.

home
I just received an e-mail from a friend who lives far, far away (ok, S. California), and she asked about the new house. I realized that none of my pictures of the house do it justice, and I'd like to share with those far away friends (and those close by who haven't seen it yet) what kind of house we've been living in for the last few weeks. So, at 7:30 in the morning I started taking pictures. Max seemed determined to get into all of the pictures, but I had a hard time convincing Ramona to break from her playing to get in the pictures. Look, Max is even in the window in the picture of the outside of the house. He is a little attention hound (ha, ha!).
I've posted a few times since I can't fit all of the pictures in one post.

Thanksgiveness
Thanksgiving was a fun filled day with the Mones. We went on a family walk in the morning with the Howells, and the Mapps. The picture where I look like a crazy mom torturing her child? It was really cold out (obviously colder than I had planned for), so I have my hat on with my hood over it and I'm wearing the Ergo, a carrying device for Ramona when she tires of walking SLOWLY on the path. I'm also swinging her and she was LOVING it, laughing and smiling.....even though in the picture it kind of looks like she is screaming. Ok, I know.....I just look like a crazy mom torturing her child. Ramona was such a slow walker we had to think of creative ideas to get through the walk without being late to Thanksgiving dinner. I swung her, picked her up, prodded her to "get" Max......however the only time she usually picked up speed was when she turned around and ran backwards.....giggling.
The middle picture is Ramona in her stylin' Thanksgiving outfit, mainly outfitted by Angela, Matt and Ava. The clip however vanished soon after this picture, never to be seen again.....I hope she didn't eat it.
Ramona didn't care much for the turkey dinner (though my mom will want you all to know that she did like the mashed potatoes), however she devored the THREE types of pies. My brother would want you all to know that he thinks her skills with the spoon are severely lacking. He doesn't have much understanding for the little ones and their poor small motor skills.
The last picture is Ramona doing her crazy bizznizz that she does around the house. She loves playing in the bathroom with her bath toys, and the poncho is her new favorite accessory. Ok, the little one is awake.....must end blog post NOW.

Halloweenies 2008
I just had to post this picture of our PEPS group in their Halloween costumes from this year, compared to them last year. Its crazy how much bigger they've gotten. I mean, you can't even see little Anna in the first picture, and now she is busting out of her costume (granted, its the same costume). Sofia is a ladybug, Grayson is a doctor, Anna is a cat who took off her ears, Anna is a pumpkin, and then there is Ramona who is obviously a Guantanamo Bay escapee (yes, we forgot her costume).
