Yesterday I went to the doctor for my hip. I've been having a lot of pain for the last month, and I was really worried about how this would affect my running. It turned out it was my piriformis, and that going to PT and building up my muscles should fix this pain. Hallelujah! So, I've got some excercises to do, and I'm ready to get better.
Running 8 miles this weekend, looking forward to getting a big run in before watching the Super Bowl!
